Eward is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Motion, an Ultimate Instability expert, and a barefoot specialist. He focuses mainly on progressive strength training to make you stronger. With over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer at Lean, he’s been in the industry for quite a while. He takes a step-by-step approach and closely monitors your progress. Hard work is definitely part of his method.

Davy Provoost
Davy Provoost has been working as a health & human performance coach for 8 years, with a mission to guide his clients to reach their full potential in health and performance.
In addition to offering physical training sessions, Davy also works as an online coach, remotely guiding people with personalized exercise programs combined with sustainable behavior change in all areas of health.
After two years as a performance coach for the youth team at KAA Gent, he is now the head physical coach for the first team women’s squad at RSC Anderlecht.
Additionally, Davy provides training for a variety of movement professionals (personal trainers, performance coaches, etc.) to help them elevate their expertise, enabling them to offer better services to their clients. He works as a master trainer for Stride and is also an ambassador and co-teacher for the world-renowned high-performance coach, Bram Swinnen.

Fran Decuypere
A strong body and a strong mind – that’s what Fran is all about.
Both can either strengthen or weaken each other if there’s no proper balance.
The focus in PT is to strengthen both.
Through strength training, she not only builds your body but also supports your emotional and mental well-being.
Together, you’ll work towards your goals, and she aims to motivate you to maintain this progress in the long run. These training sessions will bring both physical and mental benefits.
In addition to PT, Fran is also a trauma and stress coach.

Nick Audooren
Nick Audooren is an authority in Ghent when it comes to personal training. He has coached top tennis player Yanina Wickmayer and is also the fitness trainer for Caruur Volley Gent, who added the Belgian Cup to their trophy collection this season.
The combination of his studies in movement sciences and his experience in rehabilitation and coaching led to the development of the Forza movement concept.
